Rob Estes joined Lawtrades earlier this year to head up our Sales team. Hailing from Texas, Rob brings vast experience from the remote-working industry with over 5 years of experience with Toptal. Let’s get to know him a little better!

Can you share two interesting facts about yourself?

I lived in Mexico City for 6 years…a big change after growing up in a small town with literally only 1 stoplight!

How do you like to spend your weekends?

I spend a lot of time outside running, swimming, or hiking whenever the weather permits.

What is the most unconventional job you ever had?

I worked sparingly as a commercial model in my 20's…it was interesting, to say the least!

Why did you choose to join Lawtrades?

I believe in the future of work being remote and decentralized and Lawtrades advocates for this in what is perceived to be a traditional industry.

What are your primary responsibilities?

I help prospective and current clients hire legal talent on-demand, easing their workload and ultimately reducing their stress.

What are you most looking forward to in this position?

I'm excited to contribute to the growth of a company with such a profound mission that I truly believe in.

Where do you think you help the most in this position?

I provide expertise in operational efficiency and reliable service delivery which I think will really help our clients and talent alike.
